What we collect and why
Contact form — name, email, company (optional), and message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry. Data is delivered to our email via Cloudflare and not stored in any database.
Newsletter — your email address, if you choose to sign up. Used only to send the occasional note, and to tell you when something new is published. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Booking a call — scheduling runs on Calendly. Whatever you enter there (name, email, and your answers to the intake questions) is processed by Calendly and shared with us. Calendly sets its own cookies on its own pages; see their privacy notice.
Analytics — with your consent, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, how far down a page you scroll, which buttons you press, and your approximate location and device. This is not anonymous data: Google assigns an identifier to your browser and may transfer data outside the EU. It only loads if you accept, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Third-party processors
Cloudflare (hosting, and delivery of form submissions), Brevo (newsletter sending), Calendly (call scheduling), Google Analytics (consent-based analytics). Typefaces are self-hosted, so no font provider receives your request data.
Cookies
Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. No advertising cookies are used. A small amount of local storage keeps your theme choice and remembers that you have already seen the newsletter prompt; that stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. To change or withdraw your choice, use the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Data retention
Contact form messages stay in our email for as long as the conversation is relevant. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google's own retention period. You can request deletion of anything we hold at any time.
Your rights (GDPR / AVG)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, or port your personal data. Contact hello@eixo.design to exercise these rights.
Changes
Updates to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
