Make better product decisions and build stronger teams in the age of AI.

I’ve spent 18 years inside Booking.com, ThoughtWorks, Dell, and startups. Now I bring that to your team.

Does any of this sound like your product team?

  • AI accelerated output, but added noise
  • The roadmap keeps changing
  • The team disagrees on priorities
  • Engineering moves faster than the rest
  • Everyone is busy, but results are unclear
  • Decisions never seem to stick

If this sounds like you, we should talk.

A focused program to help product teams align on the problem, the direction, and the path to delivery. Across intensive working sessions, we bring the structure while your team does the work and builds practices it can keep using afterwards.

  1. Align on the problem

A shared understanding of the problem, the customer, and the outcome. Real customer exposure paired with AI synthesis to sharpen the framing.

  2. Reduce uncertainty

Test assumptions and competing ideas with AI-assisted prototyping and real user feedback, before committing to a direction.

  3. Build with confidence

Decide what to build and how. AI in the loop, your team and your users in the lead.

Natalia brings strong facilitation and design skills. The workshop she ran for us was exceptionally well-structured and helped us generate and prioritise ideas for our next planning cycle. Her input has been instrumental in shaping our Inclusive Services strategy.
